Qualifications in Business Valuation
Business Valuation Experience Bob is a Certified Valuation Analyst and has over twenty years experience in
performing business valuations. He has taken several educational courses in this
area and has defended his valuations in various courts of law. Bob is familiar
with many aspects of valuing a business, but has strong experience in the
valuation of construction and manufacturing companies. Recent valuations that Bob has compiled include evaluating assets in a
divorce, determining damages for liability lawsuits, and valuating gift and
estate tax.
General Business Experience Robert H. Jones is a CPA with extensive experience in public accounting and a specialization in management services. He was a founding member and served as Chief Financial Officer of two highly successful "high tech" firms, which were later merged with stock exchange companies.
